This credenza was found in disrepair at a local Chicago thrift store. After we stripped of the greenish lacquer, we found the piece was solid maple, and decided to clear-coat it so no one would be confused again. The doors have a xylene transfer of a steel bridge structure and the top has similar image in varying sheens of polyurethane. Some great over sized steel casters (also found at a local steelyard) were added to finish out this industrial piece.
This credenza was featured at the Design Harvest Festival in the Living Room Realty booth.
